Two GO-BGC floats were deployed on the R/V Roger Revelle‘s transit to Guam. Taking advantage of opportunistic deployments such as this transit are part of GO-BGC’s goal to deploy floats even during non-scientific expeditions.

Both GO-BGC floats on the Revelle Guam transit expedition were adopted by schools in Alabama and California. Check out all adopted floats on the Adopt-a-Float table, photos of floats can be found on our Flickr page.
